Navtech Group is a small woman/minority-owned business located in Vallejo, CA. Since its inception in 2012, Navtech has completed a multitude of small and large projects for the industrial, maritime, and government sectors.

Navtech is also FULLY LICENSED, INSURED, and PERMITTED to conduct maritime business and operations in the San Francisco Bay area. Our personnel are well trained and experienced in many industrial and maritime trades. Our goal is to ensure our clients receive high quality service, 24-hour support, and a competitive rate.

Meet Our Team
Ron Jackson
Ron Jackson, Senior VP of Operations, is a proud alumni of the SS John W. Brown. While docked in NYC, Ron completed his technical maritime training. Upon graduation he was quickly recruited to work for Mobil Oil Corporation where he worked his way up the hawes pipe to finally leaving as an Marine Engineer. It is this initial maritime training on the school ship that has shaped Ron Jackson's career path in the maritime sector, Mr. Jackson has over 30 years experience in the maritime field and currently serves as Chief Estimator and oversees all field operations for Navtech Group.

Nicole Alarcon
Nicole Alarcon has worked in the marine environmental sector for over 16 years. She begn working for a small tank cleaning company in Portsmouth, VA as an office administrator and learned about the marine industry. Since then, Ms. Alarcon has worked in many departments such as accounting, human resources, and contracts. With this wide ranging experience of small business.administration she is great asset to Navtech Group. Ms. Alarcon currently serves as the Administrative Director, oversees office operations and manages the human resources and accounting departments.
